Sigh...

Wow...today is kinda fun...a new lecturer, Mr.Lim, took place of Mr.Lew in Introduction to Database. Actually i feel kinda sad...cause despite the fact that Mr.Lew is kinda harsh sometimes (as in education part and not attitude), i still like him...he's got the style that i like...cause he expect us to know the basics instead of teaching us from the scratch. I like these kind of teachers...like the teachers in my secondary school. I miss many of them... Why? Because they won't ask silly questions like "Do you know what 'appropriate' means?" or "What do you get by mixing an alkali with an acid solution of the same concentration?"and it goes on and on...

Of course not all my teachers in sec. are like that...But overall, it's fine and fun...but this Mr.Lim =.=" Ugh...he's good but he teach toooooooooooooo much...well, teach too much is good isnt it? But what i mean in the term that he teach tooooo much is that he explain everything in very detail and he expect us to be like kindergarten who doesnt know anything and everything. Hey dude, Mr.Lew taught us the basic lol...of course you dont have to repeat what he teach right? I told him that Mr.Lew taught us until chapter 5 etc etc...and swtz...he still start from the scratch. Throughout the two hours in his class, HE DIDNT EVEN TEACH ANYHING FROM THE NOTES IN CHAPTER 6!! I've gone thru the notes at least a bit and sigh...nothing he taught is from the notes...

Other than that, fyi, there's only 2 students in the class/ for that subject. (Yes it's sad isnt it? But it's the fact) Me and a guy named, Raziman. Yes, he's a Malay...to be more precise, an educated Malay. Well, not to say that we Chinese are any better but then, hmm...how do i put it that way...ah...nevermind...back to what i was gonna say. Well, Mr.Lim then give us a small exercise or such...to write down what(as in content) are supposed to be in Student Information and Module Information. FYI, those modules are actually tables that needed to be constructed using Microsoft Access...ok...here's what i wrote...

Okay...roughly that's what i wrote on the board...YES! He told both of us to write the exact same things (not all same lol) on the board! Okay...fine...i thought...

After both of us gone back to our places, he started to explain and give comments on what i wrote...ok bla bla bla...then it's Raziman's turn....OMFG! HE EXPLAIN THE SAME OLD STUFF AGAIN!!! Swtz...we have to go thru the same stuff TWICE!!!



Roughly, that's the end of it. Time is running out... i need be in my cousin's house...
